Mogul Media Network commissioned us to develop the nzfashion network of fashion related websites which includes Designer Hunter & Fashion Week Reporter. The process included an extremely complex behind the scenes custom content management system that has a full content publishing and change log record keeping system. The administration area allows for automated image cropping as well as geocode location mapping via google maps integration.
At the front end a custom developed dhtml image slideshow was developed to allow for flash like image transitions while keeping the functionality in html. With over 10,000 images in the database , the nzfashion content management system is the largest NZ Fashion Database in the world.
We are currently developing an IPhone application to provide the full nzfashion website in an easy to use iphone compatible version updated in real time.
Front end design and direction was provided by our good friends Ark Creative and the Content Management user interface was designed by the talented The Design Council.
